We’re here to ensure your E-purchase experience is smooth and satisfying. Please review the following guidelines for exchanges:
1. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, kindly contact us (message) on WhatsApp at +961 78 737412 and provide all relevant details regarding your request.
2. Eligible Locations
Exchanges are processed exclusively online.
3. Exchange Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags attached, and must not be washed, worn, or altered.
4. Invoice Requirement
Please share your original online receipt (message) via WhatsApp at +961 78 737412 to complete your exchange request.
5. Exchange Timeframe
Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours from the collection date.
6. Delivery Charges
Any delivery fee incurred during the exchange process will be covered by the customer.
7. Price Differences
If the selected exchange item is priced higher, the price difference will be paid by the customer. If the selected exchange item is priced lower, the price difference will be credited back to the customer’s account card which he has used for the purchase within 15 days.
8. Refund Policy
Items returned are not eligible for refunds.
